Products that are advertised 'In Stock - Ships immediately from our Warehouse'

To ensure we can meet our commitment please conclude your order and payment by 3 pm on the day. Delivery will reach you between 1 to 3 business days.

Products that are advertised 'Delivered in 2 - 7 business days'

Delivery times vary based on 2 key factors: Where you choose to have your order delivered to, together with the product availability based on your selection. The availability of a product is indicated on the product page. Most of our products will get delivered right to your door between 2 - 7 working days. By default, we dispatch/ship your order complete, based on the product with the longest lead time. Please contact us should you wish to receive a part shipment.

How does payment affect my delivery?

If you're paying by credit or debit card, Instant EFT, Scan-to-pay like Zapper and Snapscan, and your order reaches us before 3 pm, your purchase will be packaged and dispatched on the same day (unless it's a weekend or a public holiday) providing the product is from our stocked ranges. For EFTs and bank transfers, we need to check your funds have cleared in our bank account before we dispatch your order. You can speed up the process by emailing us your proof of payment, but this form of payment will delay your delivery.

What does 'Check Availability' mean? 

This means there are only a few or none at all available of the product you are viewing. When you click the Check Availability button it will open a live chat session on the bottom right-hand side of your screen, where you will be able to ask a real human in our customer support team if the product is available.

You can also request to be notified when the product is restocked by clicking on the 'Notify me when it is in stock' button. Once the product is restocked you will be notified by email.    

Delivery charges

Delivery throughout South Africa is FREE for orders over R450. Delivery to Swaziland, Lesotho, Botswana, or Namibia is available at an additional fee.    

Areas of Delivery

The good news is that we deliver to your door anywhere in South Africa! We pride ourselves on our door-to-door delivery applicable to all of our nine provinces within South Africa. Livecopper delivers outside of South Africa to the following neighbouring countries only: Swaziland, Botswana, Lesotho and Namibia. An additional surcharge will be applicable. For all SADC shipments please contact us directly.

Can I speed up the delivery with an Express option? 

If you need your delivery faster than our standard service, an Express Delivery Service can be specially arranged for your order. An additional surcharge for this service will be applicable. By using Express Delivery, you will forfeit our Free Delivery Service. Please speak to customer support if you require this option.
